Demi Lovato’s song is hot topic and even the Jonas Brothers cannot ignore it. Nick Jonas, who has been a close friend of Demi’s and even wished her well thoughts during her stint in treatment finally released a statement. He even hinted at a friendship with her once more.
He talked to THR and stated that he liked her song. He also shared that she played it for him a while ago and he was always a fan of it. While he did not hint at how long ago she played it, we do know that she has followed the Jo’Bros once more on Twitter recently. So it is possible that they could have been talking longer than we have realized.
It is nice to see that at least he is showing respect and support for Demi. His brothers don’t seem bothered by what happened, but they never offered support. While I am no fan of the Jonas Brothers, I do think that Nick is the nicest. Maybe that is why his solo career has been doing pretty well? After all, if you are someone that people can like and you offer support-others will do the same for you.

Justin Bieber has just sent Selena Gomez the special birthday message she's been waiting for all day. Today is her 19th birthday, and while it looks like she and Justin could possibly spend the day apart, he has promised it will still be a very special day.
According to OK Magazine, Justin's message came via Twitter (no big surprise there!), and it was wrought with all the sweetness the Never Say Never singer could possibly muster.
"Happy Birthday @SelenaGomez," Bieber tweeted. "Gonna be a special day."

Selena Gomez has revealed that she will be dancing in her upcoming tour, but confessed that she is doing it without the help of boyfriend Justin Bieber!
Lovebirds Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber seem inseparable, so one would assume that Justin has helped his No. 1 girl with some dancing tips for her upcoming tour, right? Wrong! According to birthday girl Selena, who turned 19 today, she is learning her dance moves without the assistance of her Usher-protégé boyfriend.Supportive Justin has been spotted at Selena’s rehearsals, but when asked whether her dancing beau has helped her learn her moves, Selena told E! News, “No, actually!”
Selena went on to spill more about her moves onstage, saying, “It is very choreographed in certain parts but most of the time it’s just very loose and kind of free style, if anything.”
As we previously reported, the starlet wants her theme to be like a PG-13 rave. The tour, which kicks off July 28th in Boca Raton, Fla., will even include a Britney Spears tribute!
Never one to disappoint fans, Selena seems to be pulling out all the stops for her North American tour. “It doesn’t look like a big show but when we put it together with the dancers and the screens and the videos that we’ve done to put behind the screens, it looks very cool,” says Selena, “So it’s very theatrical but it’s also very different.”
It seems Selena’s been focusing so much of her energy on her upcoming shows that she hasn’t made any plans for her 19th birthday! “I have the day off, I’m probably just going to relax and take time for me,” says Selena, “Be with my friends, maybe go to the beach or something but nothing too exciting.”

Demi Lovato Reveals 'Skyscraper' Spanish Version and Album Release Date
Almost at the same time, Demi announced release date of her new album. "I hope you're screaming and jumping down in your room right now because I'm about to tell you when my album is releasing," she gushed. "September 20th. There we go!"
Talking about her new sound, she said she ditched her pop rock roots to work on something that will showcase her vocals more. "I'm feeling really, really comfortable on what we have so far," she stated before adding that "about 20-something" tracks have already been recorded.
After the album is released, the former "Sonny with a Chance" star is expected to go on tour. "If I was to tour, I would announce it soon and maybe, possibly, I'm in the works of putting together a tour. Maybe. And maybe it'll be all around the world. I don't know," she teased her plan.

'Twilight Saga: Eclipse' leads Teen Choice Award nominations

Unleashing a lengthy list of categories -- enough to rival the Olympics -- the Teen Choice Awards seem to be honoring just about every popular movie, TV show and musical artist of the past year.
The movie categories belong to mega-hits like "Fast Five," "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Eclipse," whose Robert Pattinson is also nominated for "Water For Elephants." Interestingly, "Hangover Part II" was snubbed in the comedy category (good news for "Little Fockers"!), but received multiple noms in acting categories, including acknowledgment of Ed Helms' onscreen hissy fit. The horror category is made up entirely of sequels and/or remakes.
"Glee," "Bones," "Gossip Girl" and "Vampire Diaries," and "Wizards of Waverly Place" star Selena Gomez all cleaned up nicely in the TV section, where "American Idol" and "The Voice" will go head-to-head in two categories. Bieber even got a nod in TV land as well, for his villainous turn on "CSI."
In music, Bieber, Lady Gaga, Cee Lo Green, Taylor Swift and Adele all received numerous nods. Bieber gets the dubious honor of being considered Best Male Artist, Male Hottie and Choice Twit -- competing in that category against Ashton Kutcher, Demi Lovato and more. Teens can be so fickle.
Teen idols have never just been actual teenagers, but it's still amusing to see such middle-aged "teen idols" as Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz, Carla Cugino, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper and even Ian McShane on the list.
Look for some of these stars and more when the two-hour awards show airs live Sunday, August 7 at 8:00 pm ET live (tape-delayed for PT) on FOX.
Fans ages 13-19 can vote once a day per each category at the Teen Choice Awards site. The show's performers, presenters and additional nominees (!) will be announced soon.
Demi Lovato and Logan Henderson Connect
Demi Lovato is well on her way working back up the ladder she jumped down from last year. This includes reconnecting with old friends, including Selena Gomez and the Jonas Brothers. This time she is reconnecting with Logan Henderson of Big Time Rush on Twitter.
Those 2 connected over Twitter recently, stating that they have been friends since Demi was 12. Both are from the North Texas area, and must have had the same goals. Logan was the one who first reached out to Demi, who quickly followed up with him on the site. No reason was given as why those 2 grew apart, but we all know that Demi is working on fixing that.
I hope those 2 do something together soon and we get to see it. I had no clue that those 2 were friends, so it is nice to see that one her long time friends are reaching out. However, I also wonder if he is friends with Selena as well? Since they all are from the same area and wanted the same goals, I would think that would be logical for all 3 to be friends. But then again, you never know with Hollywood for a fact or not.

HollywoodNews.com: It’s been a difficult year for the former Disney star and singer, Demi Lovato, 18, but she’s not letting anything get in her way. The star has a new single, ‘Skyscraper’, which she promises will be released soon, along with a new album cover.
According to Eonline.com, Demi is back and feeling strong. The lyrics from her new song give insight into her personal struggles. The single includes the lines: “Don’t ever try to tear me down/ I will be risin’ from the ground/ Like a skyscraper/ Don’t wanna make the same mistakes/ Ya’ll better start listenin’/ Like a skyscraper I’m a new building…”
Eonline.com reports the actress and pop-singer is healing from, “a very public altercation with one of her dancers, checking into rehab, quitting her Disney gig and revealing a battle with bipolar disorder.”

Seorang saksi mata bernama William Coldwell, mengatakan kepada Daily News bahwa pelantun Baby dan pacarnya yang bintang stasiun TV Disney itu terlihat saling bercanda di geladak belakang kapal, tepatnya sekitar pukul 6 sore.
"Mereka saling bercanda," ujar Coldwell berusaha mengingat, lalu memastikan, "Mereka menunjukkan kasih sayang, tapi mereka tidak terlihat seperti saling meraba." Wow, too much information, no?
Ditambahkan Coldwell, momen paling sensual yang diberikan oleh pasangan itu hanya ketika Justin yang baru berusia 17 tahun itu menanggalkan atasannya. Menurut Coldwell, Justin dan Selena juga mengenang masa kanak-kanak mereka ketika bermain patty-cake di atas kapal pesiar. Penyanyi remaja ini mungkin bisa menggaet 10 juta follower di Twitter. Namun ketenaran itu tak berlaku dalam hal penjualan majalah. Edisi Justin Bieber pun menjadi majalah paling tak laku dalam 12 tahun terakhir.
Vanity Fair edisi Justin Bieber hanya laris 246 ribu kopi. Rekor itu memecahkan penjualan terburuk sejak artis Will Smith menjadi model sampul pada tahun 1999.
Nasib serupa pernah dialami majalah remaja Teen Vogue. Pada 2010, Vofue memasang Justin Bieber sebagai model sampul edisi Oktober 2010. Hasilnya, penjualan hanya 121.054 kopi, lebih rendah 12 persen dari rata-rata penjualan Vogue di bulan-bulan lain di tahun yang sama.(kpl/RRN)
